The PGA Championship Official Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition tournament items and customized products may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
